How long does it take to process my assistance application?
Emergency cases are processed within 24–48 hours. Standard requests take 3–5 business days. Financial aid applications require 7–10 business days for review and approval. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submission if you provided an email address.
Is the assistance application free and confidential?
Yes. Applying for assistance is completely free of charge. Your information is protected under applicable privacy laws and will never be sold to third parties. All communications are confidential and secure.
What documents should I prepare before applying?
Prepare a government-issued photo ID, proof of residence (utility bill or lease), income documentation (pay stubs or tax returns), medical records if applicable, and previous assistance records if any. Having these ready speeds up the review process. You do not need to upload them in this form.
What types of assistance can I apply for?
You can apply for eight types of assistance: Food Assistance, Housing Support, Financial Assistance, Medical Care, Job Training, Education Support, Legal Aid and Counselling. You can select several types in a single application.
Who is eligible to apply for assistance?
Individuals and families in need across the USA, UK, Canada and African countries can apply. We serve people facing food insecurity, housing challenges, financial hardship, medical needs and other emergencies. Each application is reviewed individually, and applying does not guarantee assistance.
Can I apply for assistance more than once?
Yes, you can apply again if your situation changes or you need additional support. We recommend waiting at least 30 days between applications unless it is an emergency. Each application is reviewed independently.
