Yes. Charity & Hope is a registered IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are fully tax-deductible. You will receive an official receipt by email immediately after your donation.
Donations are processed in EUR (Euro). Card payments via Stripe handle currency conversion automatically. Mobile Money transactions use local currency equivalents.
Absolutely. You can cancel your recurring gift at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your donor account. No questions asked.
We support Orange Money, Wave, MTN Mobile Money, and Moov Money. Payments are processed via CinetPay (Orange, MTN, Moov) and directly via Wave for Senegal.
Zakat is distributed exclusively to the eight eligible categories of recipients as defined in the Quran (Surah At-Tawbah 9:60). We maintain full records and can provide distribution reports upon request.
We aim for 90%+ of every donation going directly to programs. Our administrative costs are covered primarily by dedicated operational donors, not by general donation funds.
